Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At NJ Crafts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or has an incorrect size, we are here to help.
Return Window
You may initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery through your customer account portal.
Eligible Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Personalized items with custom text or customer-uploaded photos are returnable only in cases of manufacturing defect, incorrect print, or transit damage.
Refund Processing
Refunds for prepaid orders are credited back to the original payment source (Razorpay or Cashfree) within 5 to 7 business days after the return parcel passes quality verification at our hub. COD refunds are processed via NEFT / UPI bank transfer.
